Ok .. let's make one thing clear here. The recipes on this site are not necessarily meant to fit into any kind of special diet or weight loss programs. So despite the fact, that this sauce (served again with bread, a mountain of pasta and red wine) will also turn you fat in no time, it does not even contain a single vitamin anymore because we've cooked everything forever. To make up for this, we strongly recommend (again) to add uncontrolled amounts of cream into the sauce when heating it up later on (..hmm.. and also cheese of course :o)
